MERIEMA — The Northern Angami Christian
Revival Youth Fellowship (NACRYF) will hold its 34th convention from January 10
to the 12th hosted by the Christian Revival Church (CRC), Meriema, on the theme
“Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty”
(Zechariah 4:6).
This was informed by Pelevotuo Solo, president of NACRYF,
along with Hetuo Huozha, convenor of organising committee; Nielakuolie Huozha,
pastor of CRC Meriema; and others during a press briefing held in Meriema
village.
Solo informed that the organising committee is expecting
1,600-1,800 delegates from 28 churches. He added that it is going to be one of
the biggest events of NACRYF, which is held once in three years.
Speakers of the convention would include Rev. Dr. Neikedozo
Paphino, president of CRC International; Rev. Khrieo Mezhü, pastor of Rüsoma
CRC; Vimedo Keyho, assistant pastor of CRC Chedema; and Khriezosietuo Kire,
pastor of CRC High School Area. The praise and worship sessions would be led by
CYE CRC, Meriema.
The president informed that there would be five services
with the inaugural service scheduled to take place at 4 pm on January 10.
Meanwhile, Huozha has urged all NACRYF members spread across
different places to attend the convention.
It informed that the services would be live-streamed on
ViTech YouTube.
