MY SINCERE APOLOGY

Words cannot be taken back from my fellow Konyak brethren which I have stated in many of my occasions and meetings that Mr. Peter Kholi have forced our Baba Kholi to ink the surrender documents after he was secretly offered a sum of Rupees 20 crore from NSCN (IM) keeping Baba under dark. I have also told that with such huge amount he have lured all the Eastern National Workers. He have betrayed his Baba’s legendary political carrier for greed, which is also an insult to Konyak community in particular. I even went on to say that he owns a flat in Delhi and added many unnecessary words against our brother. I would have ask for the clear evidence from my senior Kilonser Alezo Venuh when he told in the presence of Gen (Rtd) Neokpao President and Kilo Kilonser Seocham about all the secret transactions and agreements. So I have told all my friends and family members with full confidence that I have the classified evidence of such deals.

As human error I even believed it to be true and thought that my people would easily believe and turn away and will serve a penalty against our brother for betraying Baba and Eastern National Workers. But to my surprise I came to experience that somehow our Almighty God was never with me to let our Baba’s men to get convinced so easily and trust towards my sentences and to stand against our brother. Rather, everybody warned me if it turns out to be fictitious. All my family friends and leaders from Tobu Area told me that we will not even allow Baba’s last funeral ride in the mear future if it turns out to be true. They started asking questions like from where have you heard ? Do you have any prove of it? And so, after hearing all this words I began to doubt to myself and also to our senior leaders who have told all this things, whether do they have the proper prove or are they just making our National Workers and common people confuse? 
I am thankful to all my family friends and well-wishers for initiating to reach out between me and our brother Peter Kholi and summoning both of us to Tobu Town to get the final proof  in the presence of all the village elders and NGO leaders. Only then, I came to learn after I have contacted our leaders in the presence of all that, it was just one of the dirtiest politics have been practicing and a dangerous game played against our brother. Peter Kholi also said in the meeting that it was never a new thing to hear. Your Baba have decided his own fate not for his individual needs but for all Naga People and he was never for wealth and power, I shall not say crores of rupees but if I am found of accepting even a penny then you my people have every right to judge and condemn me. And he also cautioned that what would be my position today if I was to betray your hopes and aspirations....? And he sincerely appeals, please do not target any individuals but to target and stay focus to the ideologies and principles as to where we all are heading for. 
I sincerely seek apology and also appeal to our Eastern National Workers to stay awake and away from such character assassination attempts even in the days to come. I would say that it is an attempt to assassinate politically and to murder our own future leaders. We should strive forward in order to achieve complete unity of hearts and minds. We must be confident enough to take up the challenges against such evil design right from the beginning and should not force ourselves to become victim of it to believe and to follow blindly. I pray that let our Almighty God bless our Baba and Naga leaders to carry forward the Naga political journey.
