NSCN-IM general secretary Thuingaleng Muivah is arriving Dimapur on August 12. Sources said the NSCN-IM leader will brief journalists at the Dimapur Airport upon his arrival on the ‘Framework agreement’ signed on August 3 between the Government of India and the outfit. The sources further said that Th Muivah will only reveal the “highlights” of the ‘Framework agreement” to the journalists on Wednesday. On August 14 when he graces the 69th Naga Independence Day at Hebron Camp, off Dimapur Thuingaleng Muivah will dwell “at length” on the latest Naga deal, the sources added. However, the sources did not elucidate on the term “at length”.
