DIMAPUR — Lok Sabha MP, S Supongmeren Jamir, conducted an inspection of the ongoing construction works at Dimapur Railway Station on Friday 6.
During the inspection, the MP reviewed the progress of the construction activities and assessed the implementation of the development works being undertaken at the railway station, a DIPR report stated.
Officials present at the site briefed him on the status of the project and the measures being taken to ensure timely completion of the works.

Jamir emphasised the importance of improving infrastructure and facilities at the railway station for the convenience of passengers and the overall development of the district.
He also urged the concerned authorities to maintain quality standards and ensure that the construction works are completed within the stipulated timeframe.
The inspection was carried out as part of efforts to monitor the progress of key infrastructure projects in the district.
Officials from the concerned departments and railway authorities accompanied the MP during the visit.
