MRH FC beat Powercomm 4-2
Kohima, March 23 (EMN): Merhiiletsa FC continued their resurgence with a 4-2 win over Powercomm at the D Khel ground, Kohima on Thursday morning.
There was no let up on Thursday match as Powercomm were swept aside, with Akum opening the scoring in the 2 minutes following an assist from Imti for MRH FC.
Even though, Powercomm managed to double the lead through Senpenlo and Shatilo in the first half the second half saw three goals coming from MRH FC as they retained their dominant lead. Imti’s double and Medo goal during the second half completed the rout to end the match with 4-2.
With the win, MRH FC retained their lead in the Morning Premier League table, level on 9 points with All Blacks, who earlier won against Silver White.
