Dimapur, Sep. 1 (EMN): The third edition of Morning Champions Cup (MCC) organised by the Morning Football Association (MFA) will begin on Mon. Sep. 3. The one and half month long tournament will be played in a group and knockout round basis.
MCC is held every year after Morning Premier League (MPL) where the relegated teams of MPL cannot participate in MCC. Keeping the motto of MFA – “Health and Friendship” through football, MCC is another such tournament where the players are all above 30 years, stated a press note from the organiser.
