MOKOKCHUNG — The 4th edition of the Mokokchung Town Inter-Ward Volleyball Tournament will be held from October 8 to 10, 2025, at the Multi-purpose Sports Complex, Mokokchung.
Organised by the Kumlong Sporting Association (KSA) under the aegis of the Mokokchung District Volleyball Association (MDVA), this year’s event carries the theme “Forging Champions.” The tournament has become a premier sporting platform in the town, bringing together volleyball players from all 18 wards.
The competition aims to nurture grassroots talent, with several players from previous editions going on to represent Mokokchung at district and state levels.

The 2025 edition introduces a new rule allowing each team to include two non-resident players, provided they are Ao-Naga, a move expected to intensify the competition.
Winners will receive a cash prize of INR 50,000 and runners-up INR 30,000, besides individual awards for best setter, best spiker, and player of the tournament.
The deadline for submitting entry forms is September 25, 2025. Interested teams can contact 7005511900 or 8837066465 for details.
