DIMAPUR — In a
run up to the upcoming celebration of Moatsu Mini Hornbill Festival 2025, the
deputy commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, convened a co-ordination
meeting on April 4 in his office’s conference hall.
A DIPR report stated that president of Ao Senden, Marsanen
Imsong, highlighted regarding the work distribution for the sub-committees and
called upon all the committee members to cooperate and work together as a team
for the success of the Moatsu Mini Hornbill Festival 2025.
He also informed that the festival would be a three-day
affair from May 1 to the 3rd, where Nagaland Chief Minister, Dr. Neiphiu Rio,
would attend the celebration as the chief guest on May 2.
The meeting was chaired by ADC of Mokokchung, Chumlamo
Humtsoe, and was attended by chairman of Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC)
along with presidents of Ao Senden, Watsu Mungdang, Ao Students’ Conference
(AKM), All Ward Union Mokokchung, Mokokchung Town Lanur Telongjem, all related
government department officials and Gaonburas Union Mokokchung Town.
