Modern College observes freshers’ day

Dimapur, July 27 (EMN): Modern College, Kohima, observed its 22nd annual freshers day on July 25 in the college auditorium on the theme ‘’A step to forge eternity.”
Speaking on the occasion, Brigadier SS Dhankhar, Group Commander of NCC Group headquarters and special guest, lauded the management in nurturing and mentoring the students through various academic and co-curricular activities. He also encouraged the students to avail the opportunities provided by the college in order to achieve their aspired goals.
Invocation was said by Dokhi Khrasi, president EU, while Vethithuo Chuzho, general secretary, welcomed the freshers on behalf of the seniors.
Takanungba Pongen and Puja Roy were adjudged the MCK Mr and Miss Fresher 2019.
