Pakistan (Bangladesh) and Burma (Myanmar) and, the Mizos were ruled under Chin Hills Regulation 1896 and Bengal Eastern Frontier Regulation1873, and how under Govt. of India Act 1935 Mizoram and Nagaland had been declared Excluded Area so that the position of Mizoram not made clear in the India Independence Bill Sec - 7 Sub. Sec – 2; and also the non-inclusion of Mizos as representatives in the Constituent Assembly and Sub Committees.
