Dimapur, Sep. 9 (EMN): Mokokchung to Marani Roadside Villagers Concern Forum (MMRVCF) has decided to continue the forum for the benefit of the public and road development.
The decision was taken at the general meeting of the representatives from 13 villages, four wards and EE NH Mokokchung division on September 6 at the treasurer's residence, informed an update from MMRVCF convenor Imchawati Kichu.
The forum stated that it has decided to approach the concerned authority to upgrade the road into two-lane and maintain it besides asking the Deputy Commission to address the issue faced by the commuters due to laying of cables.
It has also assured corporation for any kind of developmental works connected to road by any agency.
