Müluori body excommunicates primary teacher
The Müluori Area Public Organisation (MAPO) has excommunicated Tsiaratho Nyuwi, primary teacher at GPS, Tezatsü, and son of Fürüsie Nyuwi of Meluri village
- DIMAPUR — The Müluori Area Public Organisation
(MAPO) has excommunicated Tsiaratho Nyuwi, primary teacher at GPS, Tezatsü, and
son of Fürüsie Nyuwi of Meluri village, for a period of five years, effective
June 9, 2025, to June 9, 2030.
- In a press release, the MAPO informed that the
excommunication order was as per the Müluori customary laws and practices.
- “During this period, his citizenship is also suspended for
which no individual or group should entertain him as a Meluri citizen in any
manner.”
- “This notification is served for life-threatening the
village leaders and diluting the social fabric on several occasions,” the
organisation stated.
- Further, the MAPO appealed to all the Naga political groups
not to recruit or entertain Tsiaratho Nyuwi.
