MLA comes forward to encourage self-sufficiency

People assist in arranging fish and vegetable-seeds for distribution to farmers in Kohima.

Dimapur, Aug. 16 (EMN): Advocating self-sufficiency and independent living amid the fuming of the Covid-19 pandemic, MLA Khriehu Liezietsu of 10th Northern Angami assembly constituency funded the distribution of fish and vegetable-seeds to more than 500 farmers of his constituency on Saturday.

The MLA had earlier distributed essential commodities, masks and sanitisers to the needy people of his constituency on three different occasions, an update informed.

Close associates of the MLA, Kezhalelie Keretsü, while chairing the programme, informed that all the primary health centres and quarantine centres within the 10th Northern Angami AC will be provided with goodwill gesture from the office of the MLA soon.
