Dimapur, June 18 (EMN): The first coordination meeting for the upcoming 3rd XChange Northeast Youth NGO Summit 2018 was conducted on June 16 in the Tourist Lodge conference hall in Dimapur.
A press note from the CAN Youth informed that the meeting was attended by youth led NGOs from Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, and Meghalaya.
The 3rd NGO Summit will be conducted at Aizawl in Mizoram in the month of October, to be hosted by the three Mizoram based youth NGOs, FLAT, Dignity Foundation, and Grace Foundation, it informed.
The CAN Youth has informed that the XChange North East Youth NGO Summit was an initiative of CAN Youth— an NGO based in Dimapur. CAN Youth provides a platform and networking for the NGOs and discuss issues related to the Northeast region and brings organisation and agencies from outside Northeast to see the possibility of working together in the region.
