DIMAPUR — Mizoram defeated Nagaland by seven runs to win the NECDC U-23 Women’s Interstate Tournament 2026 title at Sikkim Cricket Ground, Rangpo, on April 11.
According to an update, Batting first after Nagaland elected to field, Mizoram were bowled out for 75 in 20 overs. Vanlalruatpull top-scored with 16 runs off 21 balls.

Nagaland bowlers Sariba Khan claimed 2 wickets for 4 runs in four overs, while Vipeni Awomi took 2 for 10 in four overs.
Chasing a target of 76, Nagaland were all out for 68 in 17.5 overs. Najmeen scored 25 runs off 32 balls, while Vipeni Awomi added 13 off 15 balls.
For Mizoram, Hmangaihsangi Syhlo took 4 wickets for 15 runs in four overs and was named Player of the Match.
