DHEW Chümoukedima reviewed Mission Shakti programmes and discussed measures to strengthen women-centric services at a coordination meeting.
DIMAPUR — The District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW), Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) of Mission Shakti, Chümoukedima, organised a Mission Shakti review and coordination meeting at the Anganwadi Training Centre, Social Welfare department, Chümoukedima.
According to an update, the meeting was chaired by Ikali Wokhami, District Mission Coordinator (DMC). Keveineinuo Rio, District Programme Officer (DPO), reviewed the progress and implementation of Mission Shakti programmes.
One Stop Centre, Shakti Sadan and Sakhi Niwas presented programme data and updates, with emphasis on strengthening services for women.
The team also observed Har Ghar Tiranga as part of the Independence Day celebrations, promoting patriotism and national unity.
