KOHIMA — Ahead of the upcoming Miss Hornbill International, scheduled to be held on Dec. 2, a curtain raiser and sashing ceremony was held at imagi.LAND in Kisama on Friday, coinciding with the prelude to the Hornbill Festival, food and music festival.
The pageant is being managed and produced by Vogue Entertainment Nagaland (VEN).
The event was hosted by Ravolü Chüzho, while keynote address was delivered by Dode Nakro, Managing Director, VEN and Founding Director, MHI.
The introduction and sashing of the semi-finalists were done by Ezhotou Keyho, Operational Head, Miss Hornbill International with Maj. Gen. Vikas Lakhera, Inspector General of Assam Rifles (North), as special guest.
A total of 14 participants will vie for the coveted title during the grand finale at Capital Cultural Hall Kohima.
