Minister Kruse updates on horti-link roads
She stated that while replaying to a starred question raised by Naiba Konyak on allotment of funds for horti-link road during the 6th Assembly Session of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly on Tuesday.
- KOHIMA — Minister
of Women Resource Development and Horticulture, Salhoutuonuo Kruse, informed
that amount of INR 200 lakh and INR 300 lakh were allotted for horti-link roads
during the year 2023-24 and 2024-25 respectively.
- She stated that while replaying to a starred question raised
by Naiba Konyak on allotment of funds for horti-link road during the 6th
Assembly Session of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly on Tuesday.
- She informed that during the 2023-24 and 2024-24, no project
for horti-link road was allotted to Tuensang district and for Mon district no
project for horti-link road was allotted in 2023-24. She, however, informed
that during 2024-25, one horti-link road has been taken up.
- She also confirmed that there was a proposal for horti-link
roads for the year 2025-26, whereby an amount of INR 200 lakh has been
earmarked under NABARD (negotiated loan) for 2025-26.
