
Dimapur, Sep. 28 (EMN): A 13-day micro enterprise development training programme was inaugurated by the sub-divisional officer of Mokokchung Dharam Raj on Monday.
The programme is organised by Care and Support Society in collaboration with the Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM), Mokokchung and supported by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard), Nagaland regional office, Dimapur, an update informed.
The programme was launched in the presence of S Amarjit Mangang, DDM, Nabard; Kreho Athili, LDM, SBI; ImchawatiKichu, managing director, Care and Support Society; and Rongsenlila, block programme manager, Ongpangkong North, NSRLM.
The members of self help group will be trained on scientific rearing of pigs and poultry, preparation of bio and vermin compost, pickle, jam and paper bag making during the programme.
