Metsubo inaugurates LSTK building in Kohima

Metsubo Jamir inaugurates a new complex of the Langpangkong Senso Telongjem Kohima on March 19.

Dimapur, March 20 (EMN): Minister of Rural Development, Metsübo Jamir, inaugurated a newly constructed complex of the Lanpangkong Senso Telongjem Kohima (LSTK) at Para Medical colony on March 19.

Congratulating the union, Jamir stressed on the need to act as a catalyst in bringing about change in the society and be a beacon of guide for those living in the rural parts of the state.

He also acknowledged the hard work of the construction committee and stated that the completed complex would be a blessing for the future generations.

MLA Amenba Yaden, speaking at the event, has congratulated LSTK and termed the constructed building as a landmark achievement not just for the people of the Langpangkong range but the entire community as a whole. He also thanked the building committee members for their hard work and sacrifices and all those who have contributed in various capacities towards the project.

Also speaking as invited guest, advisor Dr. Neikiesalie Nicky Kire congratulated the LSTK on their achievement and encouraged them to be more pro-active in taking up certain social issues and contribute towards positive changes and developments of the state capital.

Dr. TaliImsong, secretary of the construction committee, presented a detailed  construction report.

The inaugural programme was chaired by IPR joint director, Asangla Imsong, while the LSTK president A Pangjung Jamir delivered the welcome speech, and construction committee member, Chuba Ozukum, pronounced the vote of thanks.
