Dimapur, Jan. 3 (EMN): Merang Jamir won a silver medal at the recently concluded 61st National Shooting Championship Competitions (NSCC) held at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, from Dec. 11 till the 31st, 2017.
This is the first ever medal at the National Shooting Championship Competitions (NSCC) for Nagaland.
Earlier, Merang Jamir bagged two gold at the 5th North East Zone Shooting Championship, 2017 in Shillong, Meghalaya, and one gold at the 27th All India G.V.Mavlankar Shooting Championships, 2017 held at Mumbai.
