- DIMAPUR — A meeting of the District Task Force
on Immunisation on the Stop Diarrhoea Campaign was held at the DC conference
hall, Longleng, chaired by C Tsalimse Sangtam, EAC Longleng HQ, on Wednesday.

- According to an update, Dr. Imtijungshi, District Programme
Officer (Reproductive and Child Health/Universal Immunisation Programme),
delivered a presentation highlighting the importance of immunisation and the
objectives of the Stop Diarrhoea Campaign.
- He also stressed the critical roles played by various
stakeholders and departments in the successful implementation of the campaign.
- Tsalimse encouraged all stakeholders and departments to
participate actively and extend their cooperation, underlining the need for a
coordinated approach to improve health outcomes in the district.
- Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Tiasunep expressed gratitude to
all line departments and civil society organisations (CSOs) for their
involvement in the campaign. He further urged them to continue their support
and participation in future public health initiatives.
