MDMAA conducts cleanliness drive in Mokokchung

DIMAPUR — The Mokokchung District Martial Art Association (MDMAA) organised a cleanliness drive at Imkongmeren Sports Complex, Mokokchung town, on October 23 and also planted saplings.

According to a press release, the drive on the theme ‘Defend our body against disease by keeping our surroundings clean' was held to convey the message to the people about keeping surroundings clean and hygienic, as well as to present a clean image of the town as the festive season approaches.

Around thirty MDMAA officials and representatives from affiliated associations took part in the social work.

It has expressed gratitude to all members who participated in the drive and also encouraged the general public to keep the town clean as the wedding season and Christmas approach.
