Carmel Higher Secondary School and Ministers' Hill Baptist Higher Secondary School are through to the next round after winning on Saturday, July 6 at the ongoing third Kohima District Inter-School Football Tournament, at the IG Stadium in Kohima. Razuovituo’s hat-trick led Mt. Carmel Higher Secondary School to victory against Government Higher Secondary School, Jotsoma. Mt. Carmel Higher Secondary School thrashed Government Higher Secondary School, Jotsoma 4-0 in the first match. Razuovituo scored a hat-trick in the 2nd, 49th, and 52nd minute respectively. Another goal was netted by Kevinguzo in the 9th minute. After a tough match between Ministers' Hill Baptist Higher Secondary School and Mt. Sinai Higher Secondary School, the match ended in a 3-3 draw. It was Naoman's score in the 66th minute of extra time that led Ministers' Hill Baptist HSS through to the next round. Earlier, Naoman scored two goals in the 4th and 16th minute to complete his hat-trick in the extra time. Meanwhile, Ahuoji Nyusou netted another goal in the 38th minute. The Captain of Mt Sinai HSS Shovelo Doulo scored two goals in the 40th and 53rd minute respectively. Kuveo Huzhu also scored a goal in the 7th minute. Monday's fixture Mt.
