Dimapur, April 9 (EMN): The Mon Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) during its meeting on March 28 revised commodity rates in Mon town. The rates have been finalised for implementation in the town. This was informed by the MCCI on Sunday.
The MCCI while directing business establishment in Mon town to follow the new rates, also warned against violating with action.
The assistant district supply officer, store keepers, VDBs, SSA coordinators, and fair price shops distributor were informed not to entertained the below poverty line, mid-day-meal, Antyodaya Anna Yojana, and Annapurna rice in the market. If such cases are found, the MCCI informed that it will not held responsible.
Items with the finalised rates were rice, dry foods, poultry feed, vegetables, dry salted fish, salon rate, xerox centre rate, and hardware goods.
