DIMAPUR, October 5: Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC) and Mokokchung Chamber of Commerce & Industries (MCCI) have informed all traders and business community in Mokokchung town, that there will be an awareness programme-cum-mass social work on October 7, from 6 a.m, to 8 a.m., on account of Swachh Bharat Mission in Mokokchung. All traders under MMC and MCCI have been directed to participate by cleaning the premises of their respective business establishments and shops.
Mass social work will be carried out in the areas such, as Sewak gate area, hospital (IMDH) parking lot area, MMC Shopping Complex premises, Police Point, daily vegetable market (Old Town Hall) and Salangtem New Market. Business communities in the said locations were requested to clean all the surroundings and respective premises.
MMC and MCCI seek positive participation and cooperation from business communities to fulfill the objective of Swachh Bharat Mission.
