Dimapur, Aug. 1 (EMN): A ‘community marketing shed’ located in High School colony at Purana Bazaar in Dimapur was inaugurated on July 30 by Atoi Sema, district agriculture officer of Dimapur.
The organisers issued updates on Thursday informing about the programme. The shed was constructed as part of the RKVY scheme for 2018-2019, the updates stated.
Speaking during a brief function that was organised to mark the inauguration of the shed, Atoi Sema dedicated the facility to the welfare of the community.
He was stated to have urged the local vendors to ‘make good use of it to earn their livelihood,’ the press release stated. He exhorted the residents of the colony to ‘promote their marketing shed.’
