- DIMAPUR — Shanavas
C, Commissioner and Secretary of Industries and Commerce and State Project
Director, inaugurated a Market Access Facility (MAF) implemented by M/S Tebin
FIG and sponsored by FOCUS-IFAD, Nagaland, for the year 2023-24 on February 15,
at Phenwhenyu, Kasha Lorin.
- Speaking as the special guest on the occasion, Shanavas
emphasised the importance of progress and urged the people not to remain
stagnant, according to a press release.
- He encouraged the villagers to plan effectively, submit
their development proposals to the relevant government department, and actively
advocate for progress.
- He said the four villages that the Market Access Facility
should serve as a symbol of development and a step forward. He added that, in
the coming years, the four villages—Kashanyu, Kashanyishin, Phenwhenyu, and
Guju—should aim for steady growth and become well-developed communities for the
next generation.
