
DIMAPUR— The Phek District Veteran Football Association (PDVFA) has installed a new team of office bearers for the 2023–2025 tenure in a programme held on Thursday.
SP Phek Bharat Laxman Markad will lead the association as president. Joining him on the executive are vice president Shekhozo Rhakho, general secretary Suyieveto Lohe, assistant general secretaries Thowawi Nyuthe and Razoukhruyi Dozo, finance secretary Vethita Tetseo, banker Chivozo Soho, games secretary Vekhoto Rhakho, assistant games secretary Shekhota Vero, publicity secretary Nuvota Vese, property secretary Nongothung Shitio, team manager Kudechoyi Venuh, and press secretary Kuzhovesa Soho.

The list was announced by the nomination committee convenor Yeveyi Sapuh.
Markad, speaking on the occasion, expressed his gratitude to the people of Phek for placing their faith in him and assured that he would work cohesively with others for the betterment and promotion of football in the district, specifically for veterans. He further assured the best service towards the association.
The house also decided to levy membership fees of INR 2000 for new members and INR 1000 for renewals.
