Full season to be premiered worldwide exclusively on Prime Video on Nov. 21

KOHIMA — The wait for the much-anticipated release of 'The Family Man' season-3 is getting closer, with the trailer set to release on Nov. 7 with the full season premiering exclusively on Prime Video on November 21, 2025, in India and across 240 countries and territories worldwide.

Created by Raj and DK under their banner D2R Films, the series revolves around Srikant Tiwari (Manoj Bajpayee), a middle-class man who secretly works as an intelligence officer for the Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC).

Season 3 holds special significance for the people of Nagaland, particularly those in the state capital, as the cast and crew were in Kohima and its surrounding villages in September last year for shooting the series.

The spy action thriller features Manoj Bajpayee, Jaideep Ahlawat, Nimrat Kaur, Sharib Hashmi, Priyamani, Ashlesha Thakur, Vedant Sinha, Shreya Dhanwanthary, and Gul Panag, among others.

The series is written by Raj, DK, and Suman Kumar, with dialogues by Sumit Arora, and directed by Raj and DK, along with Suman Kumar and Tusshar Seyth joining the director’s chair this season.

For Bajpayee and several other team members, it was their first visit to Nagaland. Eastern Mirror had the opportunity to interact with the crew during their stay in Kohima.

Expressing his awe at the state’s natural splendour, Bajpayee had described it as “so amazing that I cannot describe in words.” He said his time in Nagaland had been “enriching and precious,” praising the people, food, culture, and the eye-opening experience of encountering a new way of life.

Addressing those unfamiliar with Nagaland, the actor said, “I would really urge each and every person to come to Nagaland and experience this land and its uncorrupted, untouched, pure environmental beauty.”

However, Bajpayee also pointed out areas for improvement, noting, “The environment is so safe and uncorrupted. However, the only thing is the infrastructure — roads and transportation.”

About 300 crew members came from Mumbai, while more than 500 crew members and volunteers from Kohima and other parts of Nagaland were involved in the production.

Ahead of this major release, a new promo video has been unveiled, reigniting excitement among fans.
