IMPHAL, November 21: Manipur’s Sensei Mutum Bankim Singh who is the first Asian Karate Federation judge from North East India has been invited to the Bhutan International Karate Championship 2016 which will be held at Thimphu from December 17-18 next.The championship is sanctioned by the Bhutan Olympic Association. The Sensei Mutum Bankim Singh is the chairman of the referee commission of the North East states Karate-do federation of India and Manipur Amateur Karate-do Association (MAKA), says General Secretary RK Lasansa Singh of MAKA in a press release.
