Dr. David Buhril shared a speech on importance of action for rivers while Director Dennis Lallienzuol of Highland introduced ‘Lawmlawm’ (Too much) campaign during the observation.
Earlier Secretary Mary Beth Sanate of RWUS gave keynote address on rivers for life and the community.
