[bsa_pro_ad_space id=1]It was informed that the victim had entered the well on Monday morning to carry out repair work but after progressing about 20 feet, the victim lost consciousness due to shortage of oxygen and fell deeper into the well.
The SDRF team had to employ an anchor and an improvised hook system to recover the body as they were unable to reach the bottom of the well due to its narrowness despite repeated attempts to descend using oxygen.
As the depth of the well is estimated to be around 60 feet, the circulation of air became significantly restricted at the 20 foot-mark, said the officer.
