Governor of Nagaland, P.B. Acharya today called upon the brand ambassadors of Swachh Bharat, representing different districts of Nagaland to make the movement of peoples’ movement by continuing to be active and by coming up with innovative ideas.
Addressing a meeting with the brand ambassadors of Swachh Bharat, Nagaland at Police House Chumukedima, Acharya felt that the ideology of cleanliness is next to Godliness should be carried forward mentally and psychologically.
The Governor also harped on need to make use of the net and to upload the activities initiated in the portal as desired by Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India.
He assured that he would always be accessible whenever his participation is required in cleanliness drives. In the meeting the brand ambassador of Dimapur District Geoffrey Yaden suggested for having Swachh Bharat Website do which all the members agreed. The cleanliness drives initiated across the district will be uploaded in the Nagaland Swachh Bharat Website.
The members present expressed to carry on the Swach Bharat movement with greater zeal and determination involving section of the society
