Dimapur, April 29 (EMN): The Madhya Dakshini Festival 2019, a national-level festival marked by vibrant and colourful performances showing the rich cultural heritage of India was successfully concluded at Sapaidang Janajati Rupali Yubok Sangha in Guwahati on April 28.
The festival was jointly organised by the South Central Zone Cultural Centre (SCZCC) and North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC).
Speaking at the closing function of the event, social activist Ananda Bodo highlighted the advantages of such cultural extravaganza.
Performers from Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and other states presented folk dances on the concluding day.
