LSU Okying Wokha condemns rape of minor

Dimapur, May 17 (EMN): The Lotha Students’ Union (LSU) Okying Wokha has strongly condemned the inhuman and barbaric act meted towards one of its member, a student studying in class 2 at Yanpha village bordering Assam under Ralan Area of Wokha district by Abdul Kuttuh on May 15. In a press note issued by union genearl secretary, Ashanthung Humtsoe stated that this kind of inhuman act should be condemned by every right thinking citizen of the society. Further the union urged upon the law enforcing authority to award stern befitting punishment as per the law and to deliver justice upon the victim and family.
