Loyem memorial soccer c’ship from October 7

Dimapur, Sep. 15 (EMN): The 25th edition of Loyem Memorial Senior Soccer Open Championship organised by the Confederation of Chang Students’ Union on the theme “Exposing the values of game” will commence from Oct. 7, 2017 at Loyem Memorial Ground (District Sport Complex) Tuensang with Chief Minister, T.R. Zeliang as the chief guest. This was stated in a press note. The total cash prize is Rs. 5 lac. in different category. The winner will be awarded Rs. 2.5 lac. with trophy and certificates; the runner-up will be awarded Rs. 1.5 lac. with trophy and certificates; losing semi-finalist teams will be awarded Rs 25,000 each and Rs 15,000 each will be awarded to the individuals in three categories viz, Golden Ball, Golden Boot and Golden Glove, and Rs 5000 will be awarded to the most promising team. The registration form will be available from Sep. 16, 2017 and the last date for submission is Sep. 30. Interested teams may collect the registration form from Page Maker Shop, On-Rush Cave and Olympic dealers, Tuensang Town and submit it to the Office of the Confederation of Chang Students’ Union between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
