Dimapur, Aug. 10 (EMN): Lotha Students’ Union (LSU) has put forward certain issues for strict implementation in order to avoid inconveniences and provide healthy working environment to serve the community. LSU had discussed those issues during its executive meeting on July 29.
In a representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, the union stated that it would not hesitate to initiate its own course of action against transfer along with post to another districts. It stated that the concerned head of department would be held solely responsible if any government employees is found transferred along with post from Wokha district.
To avoid inconvenience in any of the government functionaries/ department, the union notified to all head of the departments in the district not to entertained any transfer without a reliever to the said post.
Having observed that some officers posted in the district are being irregular in their duties, the union informed all the head of the departments to be in the station and perform their duties as per assigned and designated duties efficiently.
The representation jointly appended by the union president, Lipemo M Tsopoe, and the general secretary, Ashanthung Humtsoe, have sought co-operation as well as to ensure strict adherence to guidelines for welfare of the Lotha public.
