Lotha Colony Council in Dimapur inducts new office bearers for the 2026–2030 tenure, with Wosumo Humtsoe elected as the new chairman.

DIMAPUR — The Lotha Colony Council in Dimapur held the induction ceremony of its newly elected office bearers at the Lotha Colony Council Hall on Monday.
The office bearers elected for the tenure 2026–2030 are Wosumo Humtsoe (chairman), Chenio Tungoe (vice chairman), Vanjamo Murry (secretary), Subenthung Yanthan (assistant secretary), and Zumomo Tsanglao (treasurer).
On the occasion, appreciation was expressed to Renathung Ezung, the outgoing chairman, who served the colony for twelve years. According to an update, his leadership and contribution towards the welfare, unity, and overall development of the Lotha Colony were acknowledged.
Short speeches were also delivered by representatives of the Lotha Colony Mothers Union and Lotha Colony Youth Organisation, encouraging the new leadership to serve with integrity, unity, and responsibility.
