KOHIMA — Lopilo Lolo Yeputho, a native of Niuland district in Nagaland, received the prestigious ‘Designer of the Year 2023’ award at the India Style Fashion Week (ISFW), which took place in collaboration with the VLCC School of Beauty on Oct. 28 in New Delhi NCR.

The ISFW event was orchestrated by the renowned Bollywood show director, Kaushik Ghosh.

In addition to her accomplishments as a designer, Yeputho is the proud owner of the LYY Institute Of Fashion Designing and Tailoring, located in Kushiabill, Dimapur.

Other designers who received recognition at the event include Zarina Laskar and Chandrama Baruah from Assam, and Meenakshi Kumar from West Bengal, for their impressive contributions to the national fashion scene.

ISFW extended their warm congratulations to the four talented designers, recognising their achievement in winning the award.

Interacting with Eastern Mirror on Monday evening, 35-year-old Yeputho expressed her profound gratitude and elation at receiving the award, emphasising how blessed and honored she felt.
