Dimapur, Nov. 2 (EMN): Members of the Chümoukedima Village Youth Society (CVYS), in DImapur, are stated to have nabbed three people red-handed while the accused allegedly were trying to flee with livestock from an auto rickshaw, on Oct. 2 in the Chümoukedima village area in Dimapur.
According to a press release that the organisation issued, the three persons were identified as a Izazul, resident of Diphupar; one Biswajit Das, a resident of Railway Gate area and a Joinal Ali, a resident of Garo Basti, also in Dimapur.
Citing “customary law,” the organisation stated that the three individuals have been banned from entering Chümoukedima areas. The youth organisation warned that it will not be held responsible for any action if they are apprehended again. The alleged thieves were handed over to the Chümoukedima police station for necessary action, the updates added.
