Dimapur, Sep. 2 (EMN): The department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services conducted an awareness camp under ASCAD 2017-18 in K Station under Chunlikha block on September 1.
During the camp, preventive measures for control of economically important diseases in livestock and poultry were imparted to the farmers of the village.
The entire session revolved on the socio-economic uplift of the rural people through animal husbandry and veterinary services.
Meanwhile, the chairman and members of K Station have expressed gratitude to the department of animal husbandry and veterinary services and the departmental staff for conducting an awareness camp.
The village has looked forward to more of such camps in future.
