Lions Club of Dimapur Elite conducts dental screening and awareness camp for students at St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School.

DIMAPUR — The Lions Club of Dimapur Elite organised a dental awareness and screening camp at St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Dimapur, on December 8.
The programme was attended by VDG and the principal of St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Dr. Neena Dutta, and the administrator of Lions Club of Dimapur and St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Prateek Dutta, stated an update.
The session featured Dr. Arihant Jain, consultant orthodontist and dentofacial orthopaedician, as the keynote speaker. Dr. Jain noted the significance of maintaining proper dental hygiene and preventive care for long-term oral health.

Supporting the screening camp was a team of dental professionals comprising Dr. Vezita Lohe, consultant dental surgeon; Dr. Roshni Rai, consultant dental surgeon; and Dr. Limayanger Jamir, consultant endodontist.
The initiative was organised under the leadership of club president Meena Sethi, with project chairperson Sakshi Binaykia leading the planning and execution of the camp.
The camp included dental check-ups and screenings for students, helping identify early dental issues and providing guidance on proper oral care.
