The undersigned on behalf of the people, students and management of the GHS Kuhuboto would like to bring the following facts for favor of your immediate action. That Sir, among other deplorable problems being faced by the School, following are the immediate concerns: 1. There is no Science Teachers since 2011 because of no replacement against retired Tamilian Science Teacher in 2009 and against the Post of Mr. Bohovi, Science Teacher promoted to AHM in 2011; 2. There is only 1 (one) Maths Teacher for the entire Classes; 3. No Hindi Teacher since 1 (one) H/Teacher expired and other retired and no replace posting or appointment till date; 4. There is not a single Graduate Teacher with B. Ed. Degree and all together there is only 5 (five) Graduate Teachers for the entire School; and 5. At present, the total teaching staff includes – 5 Graduate Teachers, 6 Under Graduate Teachers, 1 MIL (Sumi) Teacher, 1 Drawing and 1 Hindi Teacher and 3 IEDSS Teacher. Under the circumstances, it is no surprise that the School Academic result in HSLC 2013-14 was Nil. The School management and other public leaders of the area have been continuously running around the authorities for appointment or postings of the required teaching staff for all these years without any positive actions from the authority concerned. May I therefore request your authority to kindly consider for appointment or posting of i) 2 Science Teachers; ii) At least 1 Maths Teacher; and, iii) 4 Graduate Teachers immediately in the interest of all the concerned, otherwise, the School management who were compelled to restrict admission in Cl- IX and X in the current Academic Year may have to extend the restriction even to lower classes in the next academic year.
