Respected Sir,
With grief and pain, the Swurotsomi Clan Thenyizu brings this letter to your kind notice that Shri. Krovelhupe Koza, a graduate teacher of Khezhakeno Village had falsely lodged a complaint to North Police Station Kohima against Mr. Sehuto Nakro, a juvenile of Thenyizumi village on 24th October 2016 as stolen suspect, accordingly the duty officer of North PS. Kohima along with the complainant arrest, Mr. Sehuto Nakro.
The ill fate juvenile was then tortured nightlong from foot to head by the duty officer. The duty officer used 6 police lathis which all were stroke into pieces. After being quenched of his thirst, the duty officer took the victim outside the lockup and started shooting video of the victim and spoke of unbearable words.
Respected Sir, it is regretted to say that an innocent boy gifted by God to rescue the lives of a hand to mouth family was now forced to frustration by the hyperactive action of your subordinates.
We want justice according to the constitution of India and lay down the following charter of demands:
1. A copy of video footage of torturing by the duty officer.
2. Arrest and hand over the complainant to our youth organization.
3. Interpretation and justification of law exercised by the duty officer to a juvenile as per the constitution.
Failing to response our demands within 10 days we shall exercise our right with our own choice.
Verhai Swuro, President
Swurotsomi Clan Thenyizu
