Dimapur, October 6: As Nagaland Zoological Park (NZP) celebrates Wildlife Week 2016 on the theme “Wildlife Saviours” to acknowledge the contribution and support of donors, animal adopters and rescuers in helping to save our ever threatened wildlife community, one common leopard was donated to the Zoo authority by Lanuyanger Longkumer from Longtho, Japu ‘B’ under Mokokchung district.As part of the week-long celebration, the park has also put up a photo exhibition for the visitors showcasing the various contributions and support received during the years on October 4 and organised a drawing competition for the school children inside the Park.
Meanwhile, the management has appreciated the noble gesture of the donor.
