DIMAPUR — The
Lotha Eloe Hoho (LEH) has strongly condemned the recent irrelevant and misuse
of Lotha community attire particularly male shawl ‘Phanrhup’ by Agou Henghoulal
Sitlhou.

has meaning and significance for its usage honouring the ancestors, which helps
keep the culture alive and is relevant to particular occasions and festivals.
