The district administration of Kohima has invited applications for indigenous inhabitants of Nagaland, hailing from Kohima, to fill various posts for lower divisional assistants and ‘doubashis.’ Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, W Honje Konyak issued a note on Thursday. The applications are to be set in plain paper indicating all contact address and phone numbers, have 2 passport-sized photographs, the notice stated. The posts are under the establishment of the Kohima DC.
2 LDA posts The minimum qualification is BA in any discipline from a recognized university with diploma in computer application; Minimum age: 21 years; maximum age: 30 years which is “relaxable” by 5 years each for ST/SC and serving candidates
4 DB posts
The minimum age is 25 years (age should be as on 01-01-2015). There will be a written test for LDAs following which 1:13 (number of posts: number of successful qualified candidates) will undergo computer practical exam. Lastly 1:3 ratio will be maintained for facing the interview, the administration stated. With regard to Dobashis, only interview will be conducted, the notice stated. 50 % of the posts are reserved for in-service candidates wherever applicable.
The last date for receiving applications is 9th January 2015. Admit cards will be issued from this office. Documents will be required only during the interview, the administration added.
