
DIMAPUR — Dr. Janvi Jain, a lady doctor from Dimapur, has once again brought pride to her hometown by securing an impressive 34th rank in the AIIMS-PG (INICET - January 2025) exam.
The results, declared by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on Nov. 16, reflect her “exceptional dedication and perseverance,” stated a press release.
“Janvi’s academic journey has been a series of remarkable milestones. She was among the top achievers in the Class 10 NBSE examinations, securing 4th rank across the state.
“Later, she achieved an All India Rank of 1341 in the NEET-2018 exam and an impressive 372nd rank in the AIIMS-2018 entrance examination with a percentile of 99.90,” the release informed.
Earlier this year, she was ranked 219 in the NEET-PG exam. With her latest success, Janvi now plans to pursue her post-graduate studies in Dermatology at AIIMS, further solidifying her legacy of excellence.
Janvi completed her matriculation at St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Dimapur, and later attended the prestigious Allen Institute in Kota, Rajasthan, for coaching. She went on to earn her MBBS degree from AIIMS Bhopal, showcasing her consistent commitment to academic and professional excellence.
Janvi credits her mother, Kabita Jain, as her constant source of motivation and strength throughout her journey. Her father, Sanjay Jain, a respected and pious man, has been running a small clothing shop on MP Road for the past 50 years alongside her grandfather, Padam Chand Jain.
“Dr. Janvi Jain’s achievements stand as a beacon of inspiration for the youth of Dimapur and the entire region, demonstrating that determination, hard work, and family support can lead to extraordinary success,” the release added.
