DIMAPUR — The
Kiruphema Youth Organisation (KYO) is celebrating its 50th anniversary from
December 17 to the 21st at Kiruphema Ground.
The celebration features traditional wrestling, games, and
athletic events, with eight peer groups participating, according to an update.
The inaugural ceremony on December 17 had the presence of
Salhoutuonuo Kruse, Minister for Women Resource Development and Horticulture,
as the special guest.
The closing ceremony, to be held on December 21, will be
attended by Dzüvi-u Zhünyü, president of the Western Angami 'D' Public
Organisation and former KYO president.
